Daily War Board
Friction Doctrine
Orders are never perfectly clean. Each operation receives a friction test based on weather, terrain, coordination burden, market stress, outbreak pressure, legal observers, Hatch Ministry/privateer interaction, and whether the OrBat includes recon, command, engineering, and logistics coverage.
Generated Events
Each event is assigned from a locked region/city table. The generator chooses the region first through the theatre, then selects only cities that belong to that region, preventing mismatched city-region pairings.

Advisor Panel
Staff advice recalculates whenever the selected event, strategy, ROE, mandate, economic posture, OrBat, cult missions, privateers, or friction doctrine changes.
Projected Outcome Preview
Temple Bank Missionary / Cult Support
Choose which Reformed Stripping Path cult missions accompany the operation. Each cult has strengths and drawbacks: good pairings reduce missionary friction and improve legal/social outcomes, while poor pairings can slow tempo or create sacred-space disputes.
Hatch Ministry Privateers
Choose individual privateers and hull assignments. Every privateer defaults to an Ismael Class Privateer Commission; high-risk littoral dominance missions can instead assign an Abeis-Empress Class Littoral Battlecruiser, increasing force projection but also legal, visibility, and overreach risks.
Straits Conventions Auditor
Every sensitive operation embeds a treaty/compliance auditor under the Straits Conventions. The auditor improves evidentiary standing and White-Lane/HCE defensibility, but can slow tempo, restrict targets, or challenge overbroad privateer action.
Baratar Civic Militia Support
Select Baratar support when local defense cells, temple guardians, route-security volunteers, or emergency civic readiness are needed. Baratar support is civilian and complementary to the War League; heavy call-ups improve local coverage but increase accountability and export-control/compliance sensitivity.
